When I first started training in 2014, around the same time I began my nutrition degree, I ran into a common problem: the high-protein meals that I was suggested to eat to hit my fitness goals were bland, repetitive, and uninspiring


I’d stick to them for a while, but eventually, boredom would kick in, I'd crave other things, and I’d fall off track. Frustrated, I started experimenting with flavours I actually enjoyed. 


That led to the creation of my blog, Eat Run Lift, where I shared recipes and everything I was learning along the way. Fast forward a decade, and I’ve coached hundreds of people to build strong, confident bodies without feeling restricted by their nutrition.
